About Elena Marquez
Elena Marquez founded Golden State Injury Lawyers with a simple belief: injured Californians deserve an advocate who treats them like a person, not a file number. For nearly two decades she has represented clients in some of the most serious personal injury and wrongful death matters across the state.
Elena’s practice focuses on catastrophic injury, traumatic brain injury, and wrongful death cases. She prepares every matter as if it will be tried, working closely with medical professionals and life-care planners to document the full, long-term impact of an injury on a client and their family.
A native Californian and fluent Spanish speaker, Elena is committed to making the legal process accessible to the diverse communities the firm serves, from Los Angeles to the Central Valley. She frequently speaks at continuing legal education programs on trial preparation and California injury law.
